At Lucedale Lulu & Co, we want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • Items must be free of stains, odors, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Accessories (jewelry, hats, etc.)
  • Undergarments or intimate wear

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to process after approval

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return your item and place a new order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
