All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We ship orders using USPS and UPS.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.

Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup for customers in the Lucedale area.

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup
  • Pickup details and instructions will be included in that email
  • Please wait for confirmation before arriving

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lucedale Lulu & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier. We are happy to assist if needed.
